The Pacific Records New Customer Guarantee

The mission of Pacific Records Management is to profitably manage our client’s information with uncompromising customer satisfaction. As such, we will offer you this guarantee: If you are not pleased with the service we offer within the first six months, we will pull and deliver your containers or media back to your office. We are proud to say that although we’ve offered this to more than 1,200 clients over the course of the past 25 years, no one has ever exercised this option.
