Today, most businesses whether large or small, cannot function without their electronic data.  Critical data loss is expensive and can often seriously threaten the continued survivability of the business if it has not taken steps to prepare for a potential disaster.  Protection of critical and compliance data is vital in today’s business environment.  Recent studies have shown that there is a 100 percent certainty of losing critical data at least once in a five year period.

An essential component of a well-grounded disaster recovery program includes the back up of data and storing it off-site that allows for immediate recovery if and when a disaster occurs.

Our media vault is constructed of a revolutionary product called Durasteel, which is a composite of fiber-cement with perforated metal sheets.  It is non-combustible and widely used in the construction of fire resistant structures in Europe and now the United States.  Durasteel is extensively used in the petrochemical and ammunitions manufacturing industries, which makes use of its blast-protection properties.  The Durasteel product and construction have been broadly tested.

We offer both tape and container storage based on your specific needs and will work to create a delivery rotation that best suits your needs.

E-Vaulting:

Electronic vaulting integrates data backup via the Internet.  This might be the best alternative for the small business desiring a safe and secure alternative to back up critical data.  We'll work together to identify key data on your office network.  Once key data is identified, our system will log into yours and safely backup your key data during off hours while you sleep soundly and rest assured!

If, in the event of a disaster or a critical restore is required, you will have your data restored to your network within hours.  All data will be safely encripted and secured through a network that has a number of built-in safety and security measures.
